Our new latest van is up and running, and with a choice of three menus, you can’t go wrong.
FADA
DAGWOOD DOG
Everyone loves a freshly dipped dagwood dog, and you won’t find a better one. Yes, freshly dipped is our focus. We make our special batter from our 60-year-old family recipe. Then, we dip our premium oversized Frankfurts into the batter and straight into the fryer. Out it comes in 5 minutes, and you can’t get any fresher.
TWISTED CHIP ON A STICK
This Korean favourite has taken over the festival scene and become one of the must have food lines. We use a premium large spud and have come up with a real nice light batter with a bit of spice. You cant beat our Twisted chips.
ROAST BEEF ROLLS
Then there is the roast beef rolls and gravy, and we only use bakery fresh rolls. Wow and its all cooked and prepared in front of you.
LOADED CHIPS
Loaded chips with bacon bits or chicken pcs cheese and gravy. Hot fresh donuts are also another option in this van

As mentioned, we can tailor out menus to suit your event, so just ask us and let us know what food items you would like at your event and we will do our best to accommodate.
We are mindful that there will be events with large crowds and the need to both keep our queues and waiting times down to a respectable level. We have worked some very large events with crowds in excess of 50,000 people so we have that experience.
